We're also around in various Slack groups, and on twitter, but we don't recommend that for general support issues. If the issue is more complex or we need more details to reproduce we'll be in touch to get more details and will then arrange possible alternative ways to get in touch.

Support Requests sent via other channels don't get priority over other tickets.

We're alway happy to help, even if you've just got random questions, but if you contact us via an alternative route other than emailing support, it's highly likely your issue can be missed.
